Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oatmeal ground or whole , depending on your preference or kitchen utilities
  • 1 tbsp raw organic honey
  • 1 tbsp plain whole milk yogurt optional for extra hydration
  • few drops of water optional for mask texture

Instructions

  • If using whole oats, grind them into a fine powder using a blender or food processor.
  • In a small bowl, mix the oatmeal and honey until a smooth paste forms.
  • Optional: Mix in the yogurt until a smooth paste forms.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a few drops of water to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Apply the mask to clean skin and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
  • Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry.
  • Follow up with a light moisturizer to lock in hydration.
